Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Zenova LifeScore account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

  1. Open Zenova LifeScore and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Can't access the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email emirhanync@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. We verify the request and delete your account within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, logged meals and workouts, weight and recovery history, AI coach conversations, and any subscription entitlement records tied to your account. This cannot be reversed.

Note: deleting your Zenova account does not cancel an active App Store or Play Store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings to avoid future charges.
