Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Zenova LifeScore app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Zenova.

You need an account to use Zenova. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.

Zenova offers optional Pro features via auto-renewing subscriptions, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Price and billing period are shown on the subscription screen before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — Zenova cannot process cancellations directly. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law or store policy.

Zenova LifeScore provides general wellness and fitness guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor before changing your diet, exercise, or health routine — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.

The AI coach and food photo scanner use third-party AI models to generate responses and estimates. These are automated estimates — calorie/macro counts from photos and coaching suggestions may be inaccurate and should be treated as a starting point, not a precise or professional measurement.

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Zenova (logs, messages, photos). By submitting a photo for food analysis, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate your nutrition estimate, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app, or via our Delete Account page. This permanently removes your data and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel it separately through Apple ID or Google Play settings to avoid future charges.

Zenova is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated estimates will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenova and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
